Light & Beauty xoxo uses Australia post for all deliveries.
Your order can be tracked at: www.auspost.com.au


Australian Orders:
We offer free express delivery on all orders over $50.00, this may take 1-3 working days.
Or $8.00 for all order under $50.00 for express shipping, this takes 1 – 3 working days

All International Orders are AIR MAIL

New Zealand Orders:

Free Shipping On Orders Over $200.00

Or for all other orders including NZ:
At a discounted rate of $15.00 for under 1kg, prices may increase due to size & weight of the order.

Some discounts and specials are for Australian residents only.

Discount or special codes are required to be used at the time of purchase no refunds or store credits can be issued after an order has been completed, it is the shoppers responsibility to double check the final total before paying for their order. Light & Beauty xoxo hold no responsibility and cannot help once an order has been completed.

Pre Orders:

Pre Orders are offered as a first to purchase on popular items.
Pre orders have a rough estimated date, this date is the date they may arrive in our warehouse. They can also be late due to production.
Also note that please purchase your pre ordered item separate to our purchases, all purchases will be held until pre ordered item arrives.

Sale Items:

Sale items are for final purchase, no returns or exchanges can be done on a sale item! Please choose correctly.

Novelty Items:

Sorry guys novelty items are final sales due to hygienic and health conditions.

After pay:

After pay is like lay-by but better! You can purchase what you desire today and we will send tomorrow! Your payments are broken up into 4 fortnight payments!

Returns & Exchanges:

We love to help at light and beauty.
But we do ask that you do choose correctly, we cannot offer a return or exchange on an item you have just changed your mind with.
But we can help if the item is faulty when you receive it. (Please note all items are checked over when they arrive to our warehouse and again before they are sent, if you damage an item this will be at your cost and not Light & Beauty xoxo)

- Faulty items do need to be found at the time of purchase, items that may result to tears or stitching broken can be put down to rough housing and will not be excepted as a return/exchange or refund.

- All sizing's are correct measurements to Australian sizing guideline and you can find our size guideline in FAQ

- All images are of the correct pieces and descriptions are described correctly too, if you have any questions about an item please contact us via email or for a fast response message us via Facebook (items may be returned back to buyer, for not reading the described item correctly!)

 
We must be contacted within 10 days from invoice dated, and items have 30 day to be returned from invoice dated.
Items must be:
- In the same condition they were when you received them
- Not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging
- No exchanges or returns on swimwear, underwear, bodysuits or earrings. Due to Hygiene reasons, Light & Beauty are unable to exchange or refund these items.
Returning items.*

When and item is damaged or faulty, we do try our best to check every item before we pack them. But if this does happen please send an email.

We do not offer refunds on item that are the wrong size or change of mind. We do offer store credit though. After items has been received we will then check over to ensure it is new, unworn and in perfect condition in which it is sent. If the garment has been worn, is damaged (including marked/dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the garment back without the offer or a store credit/exchange.
Please contact us for a return form, all returns need to be sent with Light & Beauty’s return form.

*** We do not offer a cash refund so please choose carefully, our refusal may embarrass some!


Exchanging:
-If exchanging sizes or colours, please jump online and contact us, then make your purchase straight away. This will guarantee your item.
- We will then refund your money once the item has been returned with a return form and cleared as new.
- Please allow 48 business hours for your refund to clear, we will email you once it has been process.
International Returns
Light & Beauty, do not offer returns for our international customers, We will only offer returns if the item is faulty. Please contact us first. We will ask for photographic evidence of the fault before you do return.
Any and all returns will be processed via the original payment method provided.

Light & Beauty xoxo offer Australian Labels, by Australian Designers. The chart below is available for you to follow, take note some styles may differ to the measurements below due to material. For any question please feel free to contact us lightandbeautyboutique@outlook.com

When Shopping:

Do take note that when buying an item flashes and white rooms may alter the colour or shade an item please does choose carefully - as all imagery is our own or sent to us via labels and designers. Some computers, tablets or phones may not reflect what true colour an item holds.

Our customers are super special and we like to help each and everyone out, and as a thanks we have special bonuses during our holiday times. and offer them first collaboration.

And please be kind to our inbox spamming the same email multiple times can cause major delay for you and for our other customers, so be kind and don't spam!

At Light & Beauty xoxo, all personal information is kept private.
No information that is collected is passed on/sold or swapped to anyone or to any other services.


We keep all information strictly secured, and we only use the information collected to identify our customers orders or if other wise stated to be included in our monthly newsletter.


Our shopping cart does use cookies which allows you to login to your account and maintain your shopping order, the cookies sent to your computer from Light & Beauty xoxo only last while you are browsing on our website, cookies also allows us to present other items you maybe interested in throughout your shopping experience. Light & Beauty xoxo does not store persistent cookies on your computer.
